Often at The Barn shipments arrive and go directly into storage, generally because we don’t have room. Everything eventually finds its way into The Barn. Sometimes it’s only a few days later, sometimes it’s years later. It just depends on where we put it and what comes in afterwards. Occasionally, we take a moment and grab a photo before the items disappear. One of the photos below is of a batch of framed prints, paintings, and mirrors that arrived a few months ago. This week we received a huge, long-awaited shipment for our Nature Form line. Lots of old favorites, and some new items as well. Aside from a large shipment from our Nature Form line due to arrive sometime in the next couple of weeks, July’s new arrivals are going to be all about antiques. Not to worry, we have lots of great new reproduction items set to arrive late summer and into the fall. But for the next few weeks we will be focused on bringing in lots and lots of antique items.

We’ve been sorting through the antique lighting shipment we received a couple of weeks ago. This past week we put at least a dozen different chandeliers out for sale. Lots more still to come, as we continue sorting through this shipment.

Also, this past week, the remains of an antique lighting store came in. We received a huge assortment of chandeliers, at least 30, we are still sorting through them. Plus, floor lamps, table lamps, and lots of wall sconces. We are going to ask for patience with this lot. Everything needs cleaning, and most need parts to be reattached. We have dozens of boxes of crystals, and various other parts. We hung up many of the chandeliers in the front room of The Barn, but as of the writing of this update only two chandeliers are ready for sale. Most of the lamps and wall sconces aren’t out on display yet either. Please understand that it will take quite some time for us to sort through this shipment, and get everything back together. If you see a chandelier that’s not ready that you are interested in, please just ask to have your name and phone number put in our request book. We will call you when you it’s ready for sale.

This week, a large shipment of our very popular replica tin signs arrived, 42 different new signs. We’ve only had a handful of these signs before; most are brand new. Many are exclusive to The Barn until 2024. All the signs in this batch are from $12 to $20.
