A huge batch of new vintage replica tin signs arrived this past week. Believe it or not, we went through approximately 1000 different sign designs back in October to pick out our new signs for this year. Plus we designed some signs that will be exclusive to The Barn. There are so many signs coming that they will be arriving in two shipments. The second shipment isn’t due until June 1st, but the first shipment of replica signs showed up this past week. Photos of some of the new signs, and some old favorites that we’ve restocked are below. There is even a new category of signs for us, aliens.

No matter how much it snows this March, we are going to keep bringing in new outdoor items for spring!

Of course there were new arrivals this past week, and there will be new arrivals throughout the holidays. But we will be taking a break from updating new arrivals for a few weeks. We will update some of the highlights of the holiday season’s new arrival in our next update on January 2nd.

One change for 2023 is that we will be receiving Springwater Woodcraft shipments every two months instead of quarterly. The Springwater line keeps getting more and more popular and the shipments have become too large. So, we have worked out an agreement with the Springwater folks to change shipments to every two months. Wait times for orders will now be shorter. Springwater shipments will be arriving on the first day of all even numbered months, give or take a few days[February, April, June, August, October, and December]. Any order placed two weeks prior to a ship date will be included in that month’s order.

We have a shipment of reclaimed wood furniture already on the way from Vancouver. It should be arriving between Christmas and the first of January. Pieces from both our Irish Coast and Provence lines will be included in that shipment. Both lines will be well stocked to start the new year!

We’ve managed to empty some china cabinets, so now that we have some space, we will be unpacking lots of new antique smalls throughout the holidays.

We’ve got lots of great new items on the way for 2023. Pieces from our Arcadia line are coming in January. The rest of the January new arrivals will be antique heavy.

A large batch of new replica tin signs is coming in February. Plus, a long-awaited shipment of new cast iron items is also due in February.

Then late in February, a parade of new outdoor items for spring will begin, that will continue for many months. We already have a huge collection of outdoor cement pieces in storage, that we will bring in once the weather turns warmer. Outdoor metal benches in some really funky colors are on the way. As are garden gnomes, and the biggest collection of outdoor metal birds we’ve every carried. We say that every year but it’s true, every year our spring collection of metal birds gets bigger. The birds are scheduled to arrive in two large batches, both in March. And that’s just for starters! New outdoor arrivals will continue right through Canada day.

We already have shipments of antiques and reproductions planned through the fall of 2023. The easing of travel restriction this past year has allowed us to do some traveling, and find some exciting new items and lines. And of course, there will be lots of old favorites as well in 2023.

We want to wish everyone a happy and safe holiday season. And we hope to see you in 2023!
